Champion Scottish bagpiper Stuart Liddell from Inveraray, Argyll, Scotland, starting his recital at the Braemar Gathering and Highland Games Centre on 26th March 2022. This was a special evening of pipe music performed by Glenfiddich Piping Champion Stuart Liddell and thanks to the support of sponsor Lady Jane MacRae. The tunes are 6/8 Marches "The Braemar Gathering" and "The 10th Battalion H.L.I. Crossing the Rhine".
Stuart Liddell is a piper of great distinction, who has won many of the top awards in solo piping, including several Gold Medals and three time winner of the Glenfiddich Piping Championship. Stuart lives in Inveraray and is Pipe major of the Grade 1 Inveraray & District Pipe Band; the present World Champions; which he founded in 2003.
